WHAT IS IT?

If you’ve been feeling like you just can’t go on the way you have, you may have been worrying that you just don’t have what it takes. Maybe you’re overambitious? We work together to redesign everything so you are streamlined, efficient, using your energy well and recharging effectively - even under difficult circumstances. HOW IT WORKS

We meet together for 2 initial 90 minute sessions during which we map out your key challenges and the primary areas for focus during our time together. Then we’ll meet fortnightly for an hour, to work on your plan. You’ll be working hard in between sessions, either to unpack personal patterns or to build new systems, plans and visions for your next phase of work. We take careful notes as we go, and you’ll receive a coaching pack, tailored to your needs, to help you document our work and create your own work that you can share with your team and incorporate into your marketing. You’ll also be given curated access to a library of activities, worksheets and resources, often with video tutorials to accompany them. Towards the end of our time together, we’ll hold a review session to take stock and incorporate your learning.

WHO IS IT FOR?

- You have too many opportunities and need help honing your portfolio - You have established credibility within your field of work - You have at least one staff member or PA to support you with admin etc - You can confidently say that at least one area of your life is working well - work, relationships, health, home - even if other areas are causing excessive stress - You have a good degree of control over your diary and schedule, and can commit to prioritising coaching over the period of our work together. - You’re able to allocate at least 2-5 hours per week to working on coaching projects, in addition to our calls - You’re open to thinking about things differently and trying new ways of approaching existing problems - You’re comfortable talking feelings and unpacking the emotional side of life This is NOT for you if: - You’re still working out what you want to be when you grow up - You don’t have any kind of support team (go here and check out this course if this is you) - You’re struggling to make ends meet/establish a market for your work - You’re unable to allocate at least 2-5 hours per week to working on coaching projects, in addition to our calls - Your schedule is unpredictable/uncertain over the course of our work together - it’s important that you’re able to keep up momentum in order to make the most of this work - You’re in crisis, either financially or emotionally. If you are struggling to get through your days/weeks without worrying about paying for basics or being able to regulate emotionally, you need immediate support to stabilise your situation.

WHO YOU ARE

It’s time to make some key strategic decisions about what’s next and get your ducks in a row so you can move into the next phase of your work without fear of burnout. This is for you if you know you aren’t making the most of your strengths, despite considerable achievements so far. You have at least one support person/PA, but you’re still struggling to take care of yourself or achieve your goals. It’s time to get systems and practices in place in pursuit of your vision - and clarify that vision so that all your energy is moving in the right direction. Circumstances have been extremely challenging due to your own health, undiagnosed neurotype, significant care demands from a loved one, or a combination of all three. Your work is the place where you feel most alive and inspired - and you’re damned if you’re going to let adversity get in the way of fulfilling your potential.

HOW THINGS ARE NOW

You’ve had a good run at your work up to this point and there have been moments to celebrate. If you’re a business owner, then you’ve seen high turnover years. You’ve done some really satisfying projects and you're confident in your line of work. Now you’re ready to really specialise. You’ve realised that you don’t have the spoons to spread yourself across too many projects. You’ve got more opportunities than you can realistically pursue and it's time to choose. You might have been telling yourself that you just need “one more push” to get there - but there’s another way. Imagine yourself pulling off that One Big Thing, but instead of flying by the seat of your pants, you’re well rested, with a great team around you who know exactly what to do. You’re unapologetic about your limits - because you are crystal clear on the strengths you bring to the table and aren’t afraid to ask for what you need in order to deliver. You’re financially secure, and are using that security to take excellent care of yourself, physically, mentally and emotionally. You feel able to devote yourself fully to your work - and you’ve also got enough bandwidth for the important relationships in your life, and the pleasures that fill your creative and spiritual cup.
