Peak Performance Coaching
for Autistic/ADHD high-achievers on the brink of burnout.
Does this sound like you?

-
You’re ADHD, Autistic and/or living with Chronic Illness or significant care responsibilities
-
Yet another great work opportunity has passed you by because you’re too busy or overwhelmed to do it justice
-
The maths of work+family+health is just not adding up. You’re under constant strain, wondering which one will crack first
-
While you love a lot of your colleagues and clients, there are certain relationships at work that are exhausting and destabilising
-
You’d like to be more explicit about communicating your preferences and needs but you’re worried that’s going to impact you professionally to speak up
-
You don’t get to do the “fun stuff” enough in your job. Grunt work takes so much of your bandwidth… and you’re ashamed of how hard you find the day-to-day
You’re good at what you do!
If you’re a business owner, then you’ve seen high turnover years and want to build consistency into the growth. Employed? You’re in a position of senior responsibility and planning your next move either up, or into consultancy.
Circumstances have been extremely challenging…
…due to your own health, undiagnosed neurotype, significant care demands from a loved one, or a combination of all three.
Your work is the place where you feel most alive and inspired
You’re damned if you’re going to let adversity get in the way of fulfilling your potential.
On your good days you can see for miles
You might even forget the person with limited bandwidth even exists. You can feel so much possibility, inspiration is flowing and you are surrounded with more opportunities than you have time to pursue!
On your bad days you feel helpless and hopeless
Your inner voice spirals, and you question whether you have what it takes. All you can feel is tiredness, physical discomfort, practical limitations and unmet expectations crowding in from all sides.
From each of these two places, it feels impossible to remember what the other one feels like and, without meaning to, they are sabotaging each other.
You might have been telling yourself that you just need “one more push” to uplevel but…..
There is another way. . .
Imagine yourself pulling off that One Big Thing, but instead of flying by the seat of your pants, you’re well rested, with a great team around you who know exactly what to do.
You’re unapologetic about your limits
…because you are crystal clear on the strengths you bring to the table and aren’t afraid to ask for what you need in order to deliver.
You’re financially secure
….and are using that security to take excellent care of yourself, physically, mentally and emotionally. You feel able to devote yourself fully to your work - and you’ve also got enough bandwidth for the important relationships in your life, the pleasures that fill your creative and spiritual cup.
You don’t have to give up your goals
…in fact, you might feel able to recalibrate them to something even bigger once we’re finished. The insights you’ll gain from coaching with me will allow you to make decisions, set boundaries and design your life to suit you and cultivate your unique way of seeing the world and getting things done.

You feel at peace with yourself
…at once accepting of the things you can’t do and amazed at how much you can do given the right approach. You stop apologising. You put yourself and what you care about first. You’ve got the personal know-how and inner energy to engage with work you love at an impressive level.

It feels like I've been bringing so many parts of myself together - issues which have been unresolved for over 25 years are coming into harmony, because your work is so deep and so comprehensive.

I so appreciate your ability to hold the shadowy aspects of my feelings without it impacting on the way you can hold the possibilities in my future. I feel the difficulties are honoured and can be included in the positive stuff as evidence of strengths and growth. I think that is a very unique and a powerfully feminine way of working.

I have worked with other coaches before and found you to be the most useful in terms of honesty and style of working. You seem to be some kind of mind-reader - you know what I'm feeling even when I haven't said what it is.
You had tools to help me get to the core of what I was trying to do. You did what you said, you kept your word. My 'story straight' plan has helped me see where I am going and the steps I need to take.”
Hi, I'm Alice
I help senior professionals with atypical brains and/or chronic illness pursue demanding careers in the face of complex personal or professional challenges.
My clients are neurodivergent, have chronic health issues or are closely supporting loved ones with significant care needs. They often have multiple marginalised identities (gender, queerness, global majority).
I offer highly attuned, systems oriented solutions to apparently intractable issues. Hard strategy and “energy”/feels are equal partners in my toolbox and I toggle effortlessly between the big picture and tricky frontline detail.
Thought-partner, sounding board and strategist, I hold space for you to put into words and actions what you already feel is within you but have struggled so hard to get out.
I’m an AudHD, Spoonie, Twice Exceptional single parent of two neurodivergent kids. I get the juggle and the struggle first hand and I don’t make assumptions about your experience until you walk me through it!
Let’s design the next stage of your business or career to impeccable standards of integrity, self care and financial wellness. All while nurturing a strong, resilient nervous system over the long haul.
Whatever you’re facing, we’ll find the most elegant way through for your unique set of circumstances so you can take a more integrated, balanced you out into the world and home to your most intimate spaces.
INFP, 6/2 Projector if that’s your thing.

Do you think we might work well together?
This might NOT be for you if:
-
You’re still working out what you want to be when you grow up.
-
You don’t have any kind of support team (go here and check out this course if this is you)
-
You’re struggling to make ends meet/establish a market for your work.
-
You’re unable to allocate at time each week to working on coaching projects, in addition to our calls.
-
Your schedule is unpredictable/uncertain over the course of our work together - it’s important that you’re able to keep up momentum in order to make the most of this work.
-
You’re in crisis, either financially or emotionally. If you are struggling to get through your days/weeks without worrying about paying for basics or being able to regulate emotionally, you need immediate support to stabilise your situation.
This IS for you if:
-
You’re in, or approaching, the higher rate UK tax bracket
-
You have established some credibility within your field of work, and are ready to build on this.
-
You have too many opportunities and need help honing your portfolio.
-
You have at least one staff member or PA to support you with admin etc (even if it's just a few hours a week).
-
You can confidently say that at least one area of your life is working well - work, relationships, health, home - even if other areas are causing excessive stress.
-
You have a good enough degree of control over your diary and schedule that you can prioritise coaching - and the associated projects - over the period of our work together.
-
You’re able to reliably allocate at least 2-3 hours per week to working on coaching projects and self care practices, in addition to our calls.
-
You’re open to thinking about things differently and trying new ways of approaching existing problems.
-
You’re comfortable talking about feelings and unpacking the emotional side of life.
Take the Next Steps
Step 1: Register your Interest
We’ll gather some basic information from you and if you’re a good fit we’ll book you in for an initial session.

Step 2: Fill in the Questionnaire:
Before we meet you’ll be invited to start the process with some in-depth questions to get detailed insight into your current situation, strengths, challenges and preferences for coaching. (takes about an hour)

Step 3: 90 minute Assessment and Planning call.
This is a space to reflect, discuss, explore the territory together and develop a shared language. By the end of this call you’ll have significant clarity on your needs and overall strategy for change, as well as a strong sense of what coaching with me feels like. You’ll get a detailed report and a recording of the call to keep.
Step 4: (for Year-Long Clients) Monthly Coaching
You’ll have 2 hours of contact per month, usually in the form of 2 x 60 minute meetings or 90 + 30, depending on your needs and preferences. We take two “reading months” for rest and implementation (no sessions) over August and either side of Christmas.
Good to Know:
You’ll be working hard in between sessions, either to unpack personal patterns or to build new systems, plans and visions for your next phase of work.
We take careful notes as we go, and you’ll receive a coaching pack, tailored to your needs, to help you document our work and create your own work that you can share with your team and incorporate into your marketing.
You’ll also be given curated access to a library of activities, worksheets and resources, often with video tutorials to accompany them.
Towards the end of our time together, we’ll hold a review session to take stock and incorporate your learning.
