Intimate support to put your talents centre stage
You’ll join me for fortnightly, 60 minute zoom calls (90 minutes for our first one). We’ll also have two half day intensives for deep mapping, visioning and planning, one towards the beginning of the year, one half way through, when you are ready.
As we move through the year you’ll explore what work needs to look and feel like for you, based on who you are and how your body and brain work. You’ll learn how to befriend your body, work in harmony with its signals rather than fighting its needs. You’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, using this as the foundation for your design as you build a strategy for action at home and at work.
We discuss systems, staffing, processes for dealing with clients/co-workers. We create new ways to communicate and market your work. We give detailed attention to the way that you move through your day, week, month and year.
By the end of our time together, you will have a very different Story of You - more true and more harmonious than you have felt for years. If you have physical symptoms they will have settled down or you will be attending to them more effectively than ever before.
Rediscover the real You
You will wake up in the week feeling calmer, more purposeful and spacious, looking forward to stretching yourself in all the right ways. You will go to bed feeling relaxed, fulfilled and satisfied after another well-balanced, rewarding day. Your weekends will be spent filling up and winding down, not just recovering in a void of exhaustion.

The four pillars
You’ll be working hard in between sessions, either to unpack personal patterns or to build new systems, plans and visions for your next phase of work.We take careful notes as we go, and you’ll receive a coaching pack, tailored to your needs, to help you document our work and create your own work that you can share with your team and incorporate into your marketing.

You’ll also be given curated access to a library of activities, worksheets and resources, often with video tutorials to accompany them.Towards the end of our time together, we’ll hold a review session to take stock and incorporate your learning.
We will cover 4 key areas and capture your learning and share with others as appropriate for many years to come.
Understand Yourself
A summary of what your brain and nervous system likes, dislikes, struggles with and excels at, based on our conversations together. Gain profound clarity on what makes you tick and the conditions under which you thrive. Move out of resistance to start working with, rather than against, your natural ability.
Design Your Work
Refine your services, job role or product offering to showcase your unique capabilities and perspective. Identify specialisation opportunities through in-depth market analysis. Nail your pricing strategy and create laser sharp clarity of purpose for the next 3-5 years.
Curate Your Workplace
Create/compile your personal protocols for surviving and thriving in the body and nervous system which you have. This design will establish the most favourable conditions for you to live well so you can work to your fullest potential. You'll confidently ask for accomodations, skillfully manage your workload and portfolio on your terms whether your employed, freelance or you work for yourself.
Sell Your Work
Attract great clients, collaborators, employers - and friends. Communication which beautifully represents you, your work and your boundaries. In-person, digitally and visually. Feel easy and relaxed when you walk into any room knowing you’ll make the right impression without needing to pretend or mask. We’ll create one key piece of copy for your website to showcase what you do and how you operate.

This is for you if
You’re in, or approaching, the higher rate UK tax bracket
You have established some credibility within your field of work, and are ready to build on this.
You have at least one staff member or PA to support you with admin etc (even if it's just a few hours a week).
You can confidently say that at least one area of your life is working well - work, relationships, health, home - even if other areas are causing excessive stress.
You have a good enough degree of control over your diary and schedule that you can prioritise coaching - and the associated projects - over the period of our work together.
You’re able to reliably allocate at least 2-3 hours per week in addition to our calls to working on coaching projects and self care practices.
How it works
Step 1: Register your Interest
We’ll gather some basic information from you and if you’re a good fit we’ll book you in for an initial session.
Step 2: Fill in the Questionnaire:
Before we meet you’ll be invited to start the process with some in-depth questions to get detailed insight into your current situation, strengths, challenges and preferences for coaching. (takes about an hour)
Step 3: 90 minute Assessment and Planning call.
This is a space to reflect, discuss, explore the territory together and develop a shared language. By the end of this call you’ll have significant clarity on your needs and overall strategy for change, as well as a strong sense of what coaching with me feels like. You’ll get a detailed report and a recording of the call to keep.
Step 4: Monthly Coaching
You’ll have 2 hours of contact per month, usually in the form of 2 x 60 minute meetings or 90 + 30, depending on your needs and preferences. We take two “reading months” for rest and implementation (no sessions) over August and either side of Christmas.
