Strategic Career Coaching for Neurodivergent Professionals
Build a business or career that fuels you rather than drains you.

You're About to Close the Gap…
...Between High Achievement and Sustainable Success for Neurodivergent Professionals.

...Between what you know you're capable of and what you can actually sustain every day.

...Between growing your income and protecting your health long-term.
You love to be stretched. You thrive on challenge. What if that stretch could feel genuinely nourishing and inspiring?

Satisfying your thirsty mind doesn't have to deplete your fragile body. There's another way.

You're going to build authentic professional presence around your actual strengths, whether you're ADHD, autistic, dyslexic, or otherwise neurodivergent.

I'm not pretending there aren't things you struggle with. That's real, and maybe it's not going away. But it doesn't have to define you professionally and it definitely doesn't have to ruin your chances at success.
Say Goodbye to ADHD and Autistic Burnout at Work
Daily overload, exhaustion, and performing competence you don't actually feel (or care about)
Apologising for your needs
Underselling your contributions because you're ashamed of your limitations
Confusion, paralysis and stress from using systems designed for neurotypical brains.
Soul-sucking work that demands you betray your values and natural rhythms.
Hidden energy drains and toxic situations which exploit your desire to prove yourself.
What Changes
Career Transformation for Neurodivergent Professionals
Get vividly clear on what you actually want from your work and build unshakeable confidence in your future. Design and create systems that have your back day in, day out, even when you're flagging. Set fierce boundaries to protect your energy, focus and values. Stop over functioning and compensating for stuff that's a struggle. Start performing and achieving from what comes naturally to you. See your productivity skyrocket at the same time as having more time and energy for yourself.
When we're done, these things will feel natural to you, maybe for the first time in your life:
Operating from your natural ability, values and passions instead of who you think you should be.
Confidence in your own judgment. No more second-guessing big decisions.
Working in alignment with your nervous system. That means a lot less friction and stress. Juicy stretch instead of painful pushing. Much more flow and ease.
Unlocking new levels of energy and productivity simply by working with not against yourself.
Moving away from constant, reactive scrambling into calm, inspired direction
Leaving far more time for rest, relationships, and delight.
What We Do
6 or 12 Month Career Coaching Programmes for ADHD and Autistic Professionals

You. Me. 6 or 12 months:

As we work together, you'll explore what your professional life needs to look and feel like based on your values, purpose, and how your body and brain actually function.

By the end of our time together, you'll have a completely different Story of You, more true and harmonious than you've felt in years.

You'll wake up feeling calmer, more purposeful, and spacious, looking forward to engaging professionally in sustainable ways.
The Four Pillars
My Neurodivergent Career Coaching Framework

There are four key stages in sustainable career development for neurodivergent professionals. We'll work together to prioritise the stages which matter most for you right now, and make sure you tackle them in the right order.
Stage 1: Understand Yourself
Reclaim your authentic operating system

Dismantle internalised ableism holding you back in surprising ways.
Step away from a deficit lens to understand your genuine sensory and cognitive preferences, strengths, and challenges as powerful data.
Use this information to design better systems and refine your professional practice towards mastery.
Discover what your brain and nervous system actually need to thrive, beneath layers of adaptation and masking (a common experience for ADHD and autistic professionals).
Move from resistance, frustration and self-abandonment towards working with your neurotype strategically.
Stage 2. Curate Your Workplace
Design the setting for your best work to emerge
Neurodivergent brains are heavily context dependent. You need the conditions to be just right and often there's a narrow window of tolerance for that.
You'll identify what your schedule, people and environment need to look like to cultivate your nervous system rather than exploit it.
Create sustainable protocols that put you consistently in a high performing context so working at your best happens naturally, with much less friction.
Master the art of making confident requests for workplace accommodations. Get in place what you need and manage workload on your terms.
Stage 3. Design Your Work
Deep visioning for your purpose and product
The Big Leap. What do you really want to do in your career?
Refine - or completely recreate - your role to focus on what you're really good at and enjoy doing.
Map out work which aligns with your actual strengths, values, and sustainable capacity.
Go beyond obvious market opportunities to uncover a viable niche which really sings for you.
Get crystal clear on sustainable pricing/salary level in line with your long term goals.
Create a job which fits with what you want personally, whether that's peak professional mastery or clocking off at five with a clear mind to pursue your passion projects (or both!)
Identify your non-negotiables on who, where, what and how you'll work so you can filter out prospects and focus on the right opportunities.
Stage 4. Sell Your Work
Communicate your value through authentic expression, not performance
Identify your ideal clients, collaborators, and opportunities so you know exactly who and what you're looking for.
Develop clear messaging so the opportunities you want can find you easily. You’ll also filter out those you DON’T want.
Copy coaching on at least one key asset so you can nail the contracts you want.
Depending on whether you're employed, self-employed or running a business, these could be your LinkedIn Profile, About Page, CV/Cover Letters, Interview Strategy, Lead Magnets, or something else.

"The gift of working with Alice - it’s been transformational. I’ve moved into a state of balance and elegance and feeling fully supported in making changes. I can’t recommend Alice enough, she is an incredible coach. Alice has so much wisdom, she’s a creative brain partner with a structured way of working that ‘gets stuff done.’ I’d especially recommend Alice if you are someone who struggles with overwhelm and you need hand-holding. This Work Is For You If:
You're established in your field but feeling increasingly disconnected from authentic expression.
You're prepared for potentially confronting work around identity and internalised ableism.
You can commit to 6-12 months of vulnerable personal transformation.
You have some support infrastructure and can prioritise this intensive process with at least 2 hours a week of follow up time (or are committed to figuring out how!)

"Alice, you are fabulous, very fabulous at what you do, and a very fabulous human! Alice goes above and beyond with recommendations and the support she offers. It made me think, “I need to step up my own coaching game”! From the offset, I felt an instant rapport which felt very collaborative. Our sessions have been uplifting, energising and surprising. Alice gave me insights across the whole spectrum of my business, autism and personal life. I wasn't expecting such a degree of scientific knowledge that backs up everything she talks about, alongside factual knowledge about autism and getting support for disabilities."

The support Alice has given me has been life changing - I would go as far to say life saving - and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to shine a light on themselves in this way. It’s been a long journey slowly peeling away the layers, owning the struggles, releasing the shame surrounding them and pushing to get diagnosis and funding support. I am now in a much lighter place despite still having the same physical struggles. I have more clarity on how to move forward and create a healthy happy life.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an ADHD or autism diagnosis to work with you?
Not at all. If you feel that there’s enough going on for you to find these lenses useful to you, then I’m happy to support you to work out what that means for you at work. I can help you decide whether to pursue diagnosis as part of our work together, depending on your priorities.
How is neurodivergent career coaching different from regular career coaching?
A good coach will meet you where you are at so it's entirely possible to have good coaching from a non-specialist. That said, ND focussed coaching can be useful for a few reasons: Less to explain: I work with high achieving neurodivergent clients all the time. I understand the territory, the contradictions and the nuance really well. Fewer biases: I won’t assume that you need fixing. We focus on understanding how you naturally flow and working WITH that for optimum performance. Mental Models: I have mapped this territory so you don’t have to start from scratch. I will be able to draw your attention to things which might be missed by a non-specialist. Systemic Approach: My work includes the systemic context of oppression, capitalism and ableism and places your experience within that wider context. Education: I have a wealth of resources specifically tailored and relevant to tackling work through the lens of neurodivergence Lived experience of marginalisation: Sometimes it just really counts to do your coaching work with someone who has walked a similar path and understands some of the twists and turns that can be involved.
I’m on sick leave after a burnout, can I still work with you?
This is relatively common in my practice and I’m happy to work with you while you’re on sick leave. In fact coaching can play a really important role in preparing to return to work after a break.
I’m currently between jobs and looking for work, can I work with you?
Yes. If you have a strong track record in your field and know roughly where you want to get to, we can work together to refine your job search based on your unique profile of strengths and preferences. Its a really good time to have coaching.
What's the difference between 6 and 12 month programs?
You can choose between these programs depending on the amount and depth of support you need. Over 6 months we can usually cover a couple of big focus areas, over 12 months there is time to do more work and you have access to 3 x intensives with me.
Please note: I am neither a clinician nor a diagnostician. I cannot diagnose or assess you. As a coach, I offer frameworks to help you identify for yourself what your brain and body need, and I often recommend seeking out other professional input to support this process, though it isn't essential.
