What we do

The process is divided into two phases, each lasting 6-weeks with a reading/integration week half way through.

Phase 1: Unmasking, Self discovery and the Journey back from Burnout

  • Understand your personal blockages to accepting yourself as you are

  • See yourself clearly, perhaps for the first time in your life

  • Map your mind and body

  • Feel confident unmasking when you want to - and staying masked when you don’t!

  • Decide what you want to optimise for in your work and homelife

  • Understand how to move from constant bottlenecks and backlogs to actually creating the next stage of you

Phase 2: Your brilliant work (and vibrant life)

  • Get clear on what your work environment needs to look and feel like

  • Build your package of reasonable adjustments (even if you’re self employed!)

  • Begin the work to refine your work portfolio to suite your neurotype and talents

  • Get clear on your pricing and remuneration requirements

  • Establish your deal breakers as you establish your new work identity

  • Unlock the power of crystal clear intention to use limited spoons for maximum effect.

This course starts with a deep understanding of how Autistic & ADHD brains and bodies work in real life. Then we take the best of peak performance and flow coaching and tailor that to work for you.


We include systemic issues (racism, sexism, homophobia, along with ableism and capitalism) as the backdrop to understanding how to handle yourself as an ND person in the workplace.

  • Top Down approaches (Using your willpower to “just do it”)

  • Rigid, inflexible strategies

And we will talk a whole lot about

  • Understanding and accepting yourself

  • Radical Rest

  • Tweaking, tailoring and adjusting things so they work for you 

  • Accessing and making the most of your innate wisdom to find your way forward

90 minute calls each week

2 x 6 week blocks with a reading week half way through

Information and teaching, PDF’s, reference sheets and guided activities

The sessions will be divided into teaching moments, discussion and practice. You’ll get a chance to hear how other people are unpacking their journey, discuss the tools and support each other.


There will be space to get focussed input on your specific situation, ask questions and learn from each other.
